Comadre Panadería is a Mexican American bakery created by Mariela Camacho: proud daughter of Mexican immigrants & professional baker of almost two decades. Our breads are the culmination of years of hard work, ancestral knowledge, and whole, nutritious, responsibly farmed and harvested (also tasty) ingredients.
We exist to nourish our community’s bodies and spirits, to provide mentorship and a living wage for our team, and to empower ethical and organic foodways locally and beyond.
