YECORA ROJO MASA MADRE (SOURDOUGH)
Naturally leavened loaf made with locally milled "Yecora Rojo", a wholesome red varietal of wheat designed for cultivation in Mexico, and grown here in Washington. Vegan.
MESQUITE MASA MADRE
Naturally leavened, made with locally milled wheat flour, as well as Mesquite flour : a highly nutritious and aromatic ingredient made from the bean-like pods of the Mesquite tree. Vegan.
SWEET POTATO MASA MADRE
Naturally leavened, made with locally milled flour and roasted sweet potatoes, which add a softness to the texture and a hint of earthy sweetness!

Traditional football shaped sandwich rolls made with love! Vegan.
Sponge cake soaked in coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream, & oaxacan rum, with seasonal fillings and whipped cream. (please enquire about pricing as it is based on fillings and size)

PAN DULCE (SWEET BREAD)
Probably the most beloved and famous pan dulce; a brioche bun with a cookie "shell". Choose from these flavors :

- ORANGE CARDAMOM
Spanish for "kiss" - Summer raspberry preserves sandwiched between two soft, chubby cookie mounds.

Tender cornstarch sandwich cookies filled with cajeta (goat milk caramel).
"Little pig" cookie flavored with a complex blend of spices, inspired by mexican mole sauce.
CHOCOLATE CHIP & PECAN COOKIE
Irresponsible amounts of dark chocolate and nuts barely held together by warmly spiced cookie dough.
Brioche dough rolled with canela (a milder, more aromatic cinnamon) & piloncillo (a rich brown sugar), topped with a cream cheese & dulce de leche (caramelized sweetened condensed milk) frosting.
AVOCADO "DING DING"
A snack cake filled with avocado cream & coated with single origin dark chocolate. Serve cold. Vegan!
